Here to help you with event coverage

Make your event last beyond the end of the day

You’ve got all of the key people in your organisation and sector in one room, so it’s the perfect opportunity to create content to share after the event, and have lasting impact. With a small crew, Dan can capture highlights and short interviews to sum up the topics discussed and the current talking points facing your discipline or industry. Adarak has a range of options available, to ensure you get the videos you need within your budget, and we also offer photography for a small additional fee, with edited images ready the next working day.

Whenever I play this video it makes me smile. It captures perfectly the highlights of our conference and the wonderful positivity that was in the hall.

What are the next steps to getting great event content?

Adarak is run by me, Dan Waters, with a wealth of experience producing event content for universities, businesses and the public sector. I will help you from the very beginning, working with you to plan what sort of videos you’d like, helping you make the most of your budget, as well as providing sample interview questions, and guidance for speakers to get the most from their presentations. I’m your sole point of contact, so am here to answer any questions leading up to the event.

On the day, I’ll always be there for the full event, co-ordinating my crew of videographers and photographers, and conducting interviews for you. If you want a peek behind the scenes of what it’s like to be interviewed by me at an event - have a look at the short video below!

If you’d like to find out more, feel free to contact me via the form below, or my email address and phone number are at the bottom of the page. I look forward to hearing from you!

Dan’s flexibility and calm approach on the day itself was very welcome. The end results are great — they’ll be enormously valuable to us as we continue to develop new audiences.
