Making video production easy

Your video partner

I’m here to listen to your ideas, and offer creative support to transform your concept into reality, as well as providing insights into how to make your content as engaging and accessible as possible.

I also understand that not everyone is comfortable standing in front of a camera, so I support everyone during filming, and give guidance and techniques to help people feel relaxed, and come across as their natural selves.

I worked for ten years in project management before founding a video production business in 2019, and have a wealth of experience helping marketing and communications teams develop their initial ideas into a fully-fledged concept for a film, and lead them through a project without adding unnecessary complexity.

What’s different about Adarak?

My aim is to always produce the highest quality content possible, without having to charge high rates. Therefore I strive to offer an affordable service without compromising on video quality.

Every project I work on, regardless of its scale or scope, receives my utmost attention to detail and creativity. By working closely with you to find out exactly what you need, I can offer the most suitable solutions to get videos to share your stories and messaging.

I’m able to provide a comparable service to larger agencies or production companies for a much lower cost, and you won’t need to deal with multiple people when trying to plan a project or provide feedback. Whilst I’m not going to make you a huge £50k advertising campaign, I can get you really high quality content for less than you might think.

And because you’re working directly with me, I can be flexible. Situations change, and I will always do everything I can to work to your needs. If you need a video quickly, or more time to review things with your team, I’ll always do my best to work to your schedule.

What happens during filming?

On a shoot day, my main focus is on making everyone comfortable with the filming process, so we can capture the best footage of all the key people, whilst minimising disruption to the contributors and location. Me and my team ensure everyone is aware of what is needed during filming, and work efficiently to get the most from the participants in the film, including coaching contributors who do not have experience of being on camera. Depending on the kind of content we’re making, we can bring minimal equipment, all the way up to recreating a full studio environment in almost any location.

After filming, I’ll send you a full debrief of everything we covered on the day, and reconfirm dates for getting the first drafts edited ready for you to review. Once the edits are ready, they can be reviewed via a collaborative online reviewing system, which gives a simple way for multiple people across your organisation to make comments at specific points, and track changes. I also provide subtitles for all videos at no extra cost, no matter the length.

When you’re happy with the videos, I’ll host the files for you on a secure online storage service, and send a ‘Completed video guide’ to assist with uploading to social media platforms, and adding subtitles and a thumbnail. Then you can start sharing your creation with your audience!

How does it work?

Step 1: get in touch!

Whether you’ve got a full concept ready to go, a few ideas, or just a sense that you’d like to make some videos, I’m happy to answer your questions. I’ll be able to give you a estimated cost, or if you have a fixed budget, I can let you know everything that’s possible within this. There’s no cost or commitment, and I can provide multiple options for your project so you can decide what’s best for you.

Once we’re ready to start, we can plan a schedule together that suits everyone involved, and set out key dates to ensure everything runs smoothly. I can assist with scripting, such as writing interview questions, produce storyboards, source voice over talent, scout locations, and anything else that’s needed. I have a ‘What to expect on a filming day’ document that I can send you so you’ve got all the key information ahead of time.
